grandma gets a lift

i wore this vintage dorothy perkins dress to malacca and uploaded the picture here (click) but i've shortened it into a little mini frock and i love it so much better! So if you've got a vintage dress that has a grandma-ish length you can try hemming it or take it to the tailors to hem it up.

i've been into my denims again, this time with this new member of the denim cut off family! she's a high waisted one and has a cute tag with a pink heart crayoned on it. (love) i was a little sick of the shorts for a period of time because i thought they were sloppy. but i'm in such a summery-beach-ice-lemon-tea kind of mood that i'd wear them everyday...i think

hello feathered friends

here's what i've been up to today, or rather one highlight of what i've been up to. check out my new feathered friends. i'm terrified of birds or insects or anything that flies and moves unexpectedly. but this is fine, a necklace doesn't scare me as much. this piece along with a few other pieces will be up on the online boutique soon.

Tomorrow's the flea market! How exciting, although I'm left with very few of my uniiko boutique pieces but there's plenty of preloved pieces to go around. So if you're planning to drop by, here are the buses that go to Aquarius by the park -- 5/18/21/22/28/59/65/69/168.

On how you can get in, here's what my sel says...and I quote..." Just be confident and walk in. If you meet any probs with the guard, just say you're my[Selina's] guest for some gathering by the pool. This Saturday I'm going to set up a little store with my friend at the Aquarius condo at Bedok Resevoir. It'll be around the pool! So if you're around the area, do drop by and browse :)

This is will be a good chance for you to touch the material of my imported stuff as well as dig through all the preloved items. I'm so excited to get everything up, love being a shop keeper! Haha :D Although my necklace board's going to be a little empty because most of them have been ordered already.

went to catch coco before chanel today, now I know her story. i ate quite a load of junk too, yikes! chocolate milkshake, shaker fries, mee siam and ice lemon tea. but I had a really good time :) on nicole: plain cotton tank, denim shorts from topshop, cardigen from cotton on and hat from uniiko boutique.
