It's hard to imagine sometimes that celebrities would go to the extent of paying thousands of dollars for a street look that can be done DIY-style. Thankfully, we can safely make a guess that Mary Kate probably did this rag & tear herself or could have purchased it from thrift/vintage shops that she frequents. Because sometimes, to get that DIY look, you've got to Do It Yourself ;)
